These tapers are made the old way: each candle is dipped by hand 17 times, layer by layer, into pure beeswax until it builds up into a smooth, even taper that burns slowly and cleanly. There's no paraffin (the petroleum byproduct in most cheap candles), no synthetic fragrance, and no soot streaks on the wall above your dinner table. The natural honey-like scent comes from the wax itself, not added oils — subtle, warm, and exactly right for a dinner party, a holiday table, or a quiet weeknight. Available in two sizes to fit standard candleholders, and sold as a pair.

A small tip: a dab of Taper Tacky (or museum putty) at the base helps lock them in straight if your holder is slightly loose.
