Hello,

Thank you for reaching out about appreciation gifts. Your inquiry just landed in my inbox, and I'm already thinking about it.

Here's what happens next.

Within one business day, you'll receive a custom quote from me — proposed products, per-unit pricing, and (if you're interested in personalization) early thoughts on how your logo or message would look on the engraved pieces.

Before I send the quote, a 15-minute call helps me get it right. Recognition gifts work best when the products fit the people receiving them — your donors, your board, your team, your clients. A short conversation lets me ask the questions a form can't: what your recipients value, what you've tried before, what made past gifts feel meaningful or fall flat.

Grab a time that works for you:

If a call isn't possible this week, just reply to this email with anything you'd like me to know, and I'll build the quote from there.

In the meantime, take a look around. Our Marketplace is open — curated Eco-friendly goodies from Women, Latinos, Asian, African, American, Black, LGTBQ+, and Disability-owned makers around the world. Browse for yourself, or pick up something for someone you love. Every product carries a story worth sending. A thank-you for reaching out: 15% off your next Marketplace or Box of Stories purchase. Use code EMBRAVE26 at checkout.

A few things worth knowing while you wait:

Every gift we send carries at least two impact labels — woman-owned, BIPOC-owned, eco-friendly, organic, gives back, handmade. Your recipients receive products with stories, not just things in a box.
No packing slip, no pricing visible — ever. Every gift looks like a gift, never a delivery.
A handwritten note in every box. Yours, in your voice, written by hand before we pack.

Looking forward to building something meaningful with you.

Warmly,

Alejandra
