Banka Mundi Phone Stand — Handcrafted Wood & Bone Inlay

A beautifully made phone stand with intricate hand-carved inlay — mango wood and ethically sourced bone, hand-crafted by master artisans in Old Delhi using traditional Indian inlay techniques.

This isn't a generic phone dock. The Banka Mundi collection brings centuries-old Indian art forms into modern design, and this piece shows it off: mango wood and bone inlay set together in eye-catching geometric and floral patterns. Because the inlay is done entirely by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. It's designed for everyday use, too — a cutout at the back lets your charging cable pass through, and the frame folds flat for travel or storage. At 3.5" wide and 7.75" tall, it fits modern smartphones with or without a case.

It's the kind of object you don't usually find on a desk — something with real artistry that turns a charging spot into a small daily pleasure.

A note on materials

The inlay is made from ethically sourced bone — a traditional Indian craft material, sourced as a byproduct rather than from animals raised for the purpose. This is a fully fair-trade product from Matr Boomie.
