Return & Refund Policy

We have a Hassle-free 30-day return policy, which means you have thirty (30) days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Non-personalized and standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and must not show signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear.

Approved returns are subject to a flat return shipping fee of $12.50. No restocking fees will be charged.

To initiate a return, please use the instruction on your email or account with Shop/Embraved. If you have any issues requesting a return, please contact us at hello@embraved.co. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Personalized & Custom Products

Customized, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or otherwise modified products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by law or in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors caused by Embraved.

Customer approval of any proof, mockup, rendering, artwork preview, production sample, spelling, date, text, logo, or design constitutes final authorization for production. Embraved is not responsible for errors, omissions, or design choices that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any claim involving damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment must be submitted within ten (10) days of receipt and must include photographic evidence. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized, engraved, custom, or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants

  • Personal care products, including beauty items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return an eligible product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
