Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time. Most ready-to-ship items leave our Alexandria, VA studio within about 2 business days. Personalized and engraved items are made to order and ship in 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, live USPS rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Delivery. Delivery windows shown at checkout are USPS estimates and aren't guaranteed. Once your order is handed to USPS, it's in the carrier's care.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at hello@embraved.co within 7 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date. We'll help you file a claim with USPS and do everything we reasonably can to make it right.

Gift orders. Sending a gift? We never include pricing or a packing slip in the box. You can also ship to multiple recipients in a single checkout — just add each address as you check out.

Local pickup. Free local pickup is available at our pop-up partner locations when offered. Select the pickup option at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
