A warm, calming cup for the end of a stressful day — a blend of five organic herbs traditionally used to support the nervous system and ease tension.

But brewed into a daily ritual alongside the other things that help (sleep, movement, slowing down), a thoughtful cup of tea can be one of the gentlest tools you have. This blend is built around five organic herbs traditionally used to support a calmer nervous system: lemon balm, oat straw, rose hip, lavender, and chamomile. The flavor is floral, soft, and lightly sweet — the kind of cup you reach for after dinner or before bed.

How to brew

Add 1–2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling water
Steep for 5–7 minutes
For best results, use filtered water — tap water can noticeably affect the taste
