A naturally caffeine-free herbal tea made from a single ingredient: organic wild stinging nettle leaf, hand-harvested at peak potency from the Carpathian Mountains of Romania.

Stinging nettle has been brewed into teas and tonics for centuries — one of the oldest and most universally used herbs in traditional European wellness. The leaves are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, traditionally taken to support kidney function and urinary tract wellness and to gently help the body manage excess water. The plant thrives in wet, marshy soil, transforming the ground it grows in — and the tea has a deep, grassy character that reflects that vitality.

This loose-leaf tea is made from a single source: wild stinging nettle, harvested by hand in the Carpathian Mountains in May, when the leaves are at their fullest potency. The plants are carefully air-dried and packed to retain full strength and flavor. It steeps into a deep green-gold cup with a fresh, grassy taste — a touch of honey enhances it beautifully, and it works equally well served hot or over ice on a warm day.

How to brew

  1. Bring fresh water to a boil.
  2. Measure 1 tablespoon (about 2g) of tea per cup of water into a teapot.
  3. Pour boiling water over the tea.
  4. Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Strain and enjoy hot or iced.

Pairs beautifully with a touch of honey.

For best results, traditional practice is to drink up to three cups of tea daily for two weeks, followed by a one-week break.
